  • You’ve gone over the allotted amount of time to “request for a refund” and file claims.

  • The outputs have received your approval.
  • You agreed to more than one revision for any service.

If you acquired a bundled service and are unhappy with any individual service, you may only request a refund for that individual item and “not” the entire bundle. After placing the purchase, you were supposed to deliver the initial project brief within 10 days.
